Place your Chillura mask in the freezer for 2 hours. Once chilled, gently slide it over your face and head, adjusting for comfort. Relax for 10–20 minutes.

Q: How often can I use it?
Daily use is totally fine. It's reusable, so feel free to use it as part of your morning routine, evening wind-down, or post-workout recovery.

Q: Will it help with puffy eyes or skin inflammation?
Absolutely. The cold compression helps reduce swelling, calm inflammation, and tighten the skin — especially around the eyes, cheeks, and jawline.

Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — the materials are soft and skin-friendly. However, avoid use on open wounds or directly after facial peels.

Q: Does it help with migraines?
Yes! While Chillura is designed for beauty and skincare, the 360° cold compression can also offer relief from migraines, headaches, and sinus pressure.

Q: How do I clean it?
